NuVITRUM Return Policy –

Please be sure to open, and perform a detailed inspection of your NuVITRUM order within 48 hours, or two business days of receiving your order. NuVITRUM cannot be held responsible for any missing, or damaged goods if we are not notified within this time period. 

If you suspect that your NuVITRUM order was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately at 817-570-7114.

All goods returned will be inspected for damage authenticity upon receipt. Must be returned in original packaging, in a resalable condition and have not been installed.

NuVITRUM reserves the right to refuse or replace and return the item(s) to you.

If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within 30 days for a refund. All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If purchased online you are responsible to cover the cost of return shipping back to NuVITRUM.

Orders We Do Not Accept Return: Customized products & Mirrors cannot be returned. Product warranty is available for 1 year.

Special Orders: We are often able to order products for our customers that are hard to find elsewhere and are outside of our regular inventory. These orders are considered custom or special orders. A representative can help you place orders for special order items. You will be notified prior to placing the order that the item is a special order and is non-returnable (unless manufactured defective). Any deposits on custom and handmade product are non-refundable
